Hello again,

Let me reintroduce myself, and explain what I do.

My name is Jessica Murray Elix, and I spent nearly 15 years working with individuals, businesses, and corporations assisting them with their organizing and productivity. From decluttering and organizing houses and office spaces, setting up policies and procedures, and running large regional events for Veterans with a disability. My professional career has led me to work with individuals in diverse industries across the country.

The common theme that I noticed about my projects and clients was an internal unsettling and dissatisfaction that was trying to be filled with stuff – more external gratification, more processes, more trying to control the external – all stuff. All noise.

Clients would constantly spin, shuffle, and never be settled. It was really tough to watch and I tried my best to support. But – there was only so much reorganizing that I could do with someone until I felt I was wasting their time and financial resources. They needed different from me.

To better serve my clientele, I shifted my education to executive & life coaching (and gained all the credentials to back that education). Focusing on the heart of the issues, rather than the external manifestations, is where my passion is.

It was a gutsy move to change my focus – my organizing and productivity business was booming. But, I couldn’t continue to do it the way that I was. I wanted to offer differently to really see clients step into their success.

And to be quite frank, the rewards in switching my focus haven’t presented themselves yet. But my passion remains the same – Focusing on the heart of the issues, rather than the external manifestations.

Do work from the inside-out. Settle/clear the internal (head, heart, emotions) and the external will fall into place more easily. I work with people who want that.

So, now I’m asking for your help. I love the work that I do, and I want to do more of it.
